Path of a Modern Warrior


Charles Eastman, a Dakota Sioux Indian, began his studies at Beloit only months after the battle of the Little Bighorn. One of 11 Native American students sent to the College between 1871-1884, Eastman became a distinguished physician, author, and advocate of progressive causes.

A Community Pays it Forward

It demanded its share of blood, sweat, and tears, but the College chapter's first Habitat for Humanity home is beginning to take shape in the city of Beloit.
